A liquid extract of mushrooms. Ours are dual extracts: the mushroom is extracted in hot water, using ultrasonic extraction, and separately in plant-derived ethanol. The two extracts are then combined into a single tincture.
Shake the bottle well, then take 1–2ml daily, either directly or added to water, juice, tea or another drink. Please don't exceed 3ml of any one tincture per day.
A 50ml bottle lasts approximately 25 days at the suggested amount.
We use whole mushroom fruiting bodies rather than grain-grown mycelium. Chaga is the exception in form: it grows on birch as a dense, hard mass rather than a typical mushroom, and it is this that we extract.
