Dried Mushroom Pieces
Our Dried Mushroom Pieces are just that, 100% mushroom pieces — Carefully dried and sealed to preserve their full spectrum of flavour and nutrients.
Choose from;- Lionsmane, Oyster
The benefit of dried mushrooms, (if stored correctly) is they’ll last for months if not years and they’re great for both culinary and medicinal use.
Simply place the pieces in a bowl and pour hot water over them until you’ve covered the mushrooms. Then cover the bowl with a lid, such as a plate. Leave for 20mins before removing the pieces of rehydrated mushroom. Do not discard the water, it’s actually now a beautiful mushroom stock, so use that as well! Dry fry the mushroom pieces to remove further excess water, before adding some fat such as oil or butter, to the pan.
Alternatively the pieces could be quickly powdered and added into a dish or perhaps your morning elixir.. Be that a coffee, a ceremonial cacao, a fruity smoothie or a good ol’ builders tea. Or perhaps in your evening drink to help unwind.

Our extraction process
Every bottle passes through the same careful stages, in batches small enough to watch closely.
Step 1: Selected
Carefully selected mushrooms: UK-grown fruiting bodies, and wild chaga from Finland.
Step 2: Extracted
Extracted in hot water with the help of ultrasound, and separately in ethanol.
Step 3: Combined
Each extract is carefully brought together into the finished formulation.
Step 4: Bottled
Prepared in small batches in Dorset.
How it's made
Fruiting body first
We use whole fruiting bodies rather than grain-grown biomass. Our chaga, which grows differently, is wild-harvested from birch.
Small-batch preparation
Prepared in deliberately limited batches in Dorset, so each one can be looked after properly.
Dual extraction
Hot water with ultrasonic extraction, and ethanol, each draw out different mushroom constituents.
Carefully sourced
Lion's Mane, Reishi, Cordyceps and Oyster are grown in the UK. Our chaga is wild-harvested in Finland.
