What is Reishi?

What part do you use?
UK-grown Reishi fruiting bodies. No mycelium, spores or grain.
Why dual extraction for Reishi?

How do I take it?
Shake well, then take 1–2ml daily, directly or in a drink. Don’t exceed 3ml per day. Many people like to make it part of their evening routine.
Why is it so bitter?
Reishi’s triterpenes are naturally bitter. Taking it in a warm drink can help.
How long does a bottle last?
A 50ml bottle lasts approximately 25 days at the suggested amount.
